On Monday, October 29th, Salt Spring author-illustrator Aidan Cassie will be at our school sharing with us what it is like to be both the writer and illustrator of a picture book. With artwork and models she’ll walk the kids through how a book is made, where she finds her ideas and how create characters. 

She has just finished her second book and recently started her third and can’t wait to share some sneak peeks. Please note, parents are welcome to attend.
