The school smelled soooo good today! Melissa Hingston's class baked their own fresh bread. 

The process taught kids not only about following a process working together, but also about fractions, measurement, volume; the science of the what is happening when wet ingredients are mixed in with the dry; and what is happening when the dough is punched down and then again rises.
