We usually recommend that students spend a few days getting used to the new school routine before they make the transition using the bus.  If your child is a new bus rider, or if there are any changes to your bus routine this year, please register your child for the bus by seeing Leah who has the form that must be filled out.  Take a look at the schedules for #4 and #5 or pick a schedule up from school. Leah will need to know which bus number your child will be on along with the a.m. and p.m. “stop name” and can help register your child as a rider by letting Transportation Services know.  

If you have a K student, we recommend waiting a little while before they use the bus.  You must have a parent or designate waiting at your bus stop as the drivers will not let Ks or Grade 1s off the bus without someone to greet them.  If you aren’t there, your child remains on the bus and will need to be picked up at Plant Services (on 160 Rainbow Road).
