The monthly colour calendar that we sent home at the beginning of the year shows that School is in session on Friday, May 22. School is not in session on Friday, May 22nd. It is a 3 day school week. Normally when there is a holiday Monday (in this case Victoria Day) school is in session on a Friday. This unusual Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday school week is permitted because overall instructional hours will have been met. Thursday, May 21st afterschool will be the Fernwood Fun Fair 3:30 to 5:00 pm. |
