Cross Boundary Transfer Request Form - Deadline approaching

Most all parents have completed this process for this year...however if there is anyone out there who hasn't yet...the deadline is approaching.

CROSS BOUNDARY TRANSFER REQUESTS (“Cross Boundary Request Form”) must be completed by parents/guardians every year. If you do not live in the catchment area for Fernwood School and completed one of these forms at registration or if you have moved out of the Fernwood catchment boundaries it must be done again for "returning" students.

Forms are available from the School Office and also at the District registration page: https://sd64.bc.ca/student-registration/ and once completed the process will be handled in regard to it being signed by both Principals and the Superintendent for you. Upon receipt at the School Board Office the form will be time and date stamped. The deadline for accepting cross boundary request forms is March 15 however that is the first Monday of spring break so please have forms to us Thursday, March 12th.
