Seaquaria Creatures Up Close! The sealife in our Seaquaria Tank were magnified and projected onto a large screen last week by David Denning for all students to see! Ask your child about what they learned about each creature's physical characteristics, what they eat, and the different ways they protect themselves from predators while they viewed them live onscreen.   We've been very lucky to have the Seaquaria Tank program at Fernwood this year (thank you to the PAC for helping fund this program!) Last year Seaquaria reps visited Fernwood as well and all students experienced touching creatures gently under supervision. The goal of Seaquaria is to build a society that cares about the environment both emotionally and in practice, and to provide the basis for enduring learning skills.
