The Fernwood FUN FAIR is TOMORROW on the front school grounds AFTERSCHOOL! 3:20 pm - 5:00 pm The Fun Fair is a parent run event that has been happening for over twenty years at Fernwood and the kids really look forward to it. There is no supervision at the Fair and we hope all kids can make it but if not: 1) the bus schedule is not altered by the Fair. Bus 5 departs at 3:25 and Bus 4 at 3:45 pm. 2) Pick up by parents who normally pick up is at the usual time when the school bell goes at 3:20 pm Please be very clear with your child what they are supposed to do at the end of the day. Planning and preparation for food, ticket sales, prizes and games at this annual spring carnival is underway. It’s rain or shine but it’s not going to happen without parents! Please volunteer during the event to run a game, serve food or run the cake walk! Prices: Wristbands for all inclusive games are $10 ($5 for 3rd sibling) will be sold the day of the Fair early in the day so kids can get started with the fun right away when the bell goes. You can send the wristband money to school with your child. Please tell your child to be responsible with their cash. Food: Pizza $3; Hot Dogs $1.50; Freezies $1.00; Drinks $1.00 |
