Fire Chief for a Day! due Nov 10th

During Fire Prevention Week at Fernwood School, students were provided an opportunity to enter a draw for an opportunity to be " Fire Chief for a Day" with Salt Spring Fire and Rescue. This year's Fernwood School winner could be you!

To enter the SSI Fire and Rescue Fire Chief-For-A-Day contest please hand them back to the school before Thursday, November 10th (the day they are picked up by the Fire Dept). The iPAD entry form is also due back by then. Good luck!

You will be picked up at home in a Fire Engine and driven to school, then the engine will pick you up at school and take you for lunch at the Fire Hall before returning to school AGAIN in the Fire Truck!
