This year the application procedure for the Middle School has changed from how it has been in previous years.

The attached form called "French Immersion application" posted on the Middle School registration link we provided in the news webpage shows that the Middle School would like to see information received for ALL Grade 5 students no matter which one of its 3 programs you are choosing: REGULAR, French and MySEEC. In prior years it was required only if you were applying for French or MySEEC.

Saltspring Middle School would like ALL students to fill out a program application because it asks students about themselves as a learner and will give the Middle School some good information for creating classes. It is not only necessary for you to do this form, it will be very helpful to the school.

So please, no matter which of the 3 programs your are choosing, fill out the form by February 29th. 

The form is attached and we will also print it here at Fernwood and send it home with all Grade 5 students. You can deliver it directly to the Middle School or send it to Fernwood and we will mail it in for you in our interschool mail as we receive them.
