Highschool Teacher, Stacy Mitchell, and her Grade 11/12 science class to came Fernwood School Tuesday, January 21. Stations were set up in the Library for the GISS students to present one or two concepts they have learned in anatomy and physiology. Grades K to 5 students helped to grade the students on their projects! Amazing poster presentations included the areas of: the Brain (the amygdala), blood, cells, scoliosis, the respiratory system, instestines and the digestive system, the reproductive system ,  the circulatory System and more. This was such great opportunity for our students to be part of and an awesome opportunity for the GISS students to show off their work to an eager audience!
