On Wednesday, April 29th, Principal of Salt Spring Island Middle School, Keiko Taylor, along with Vice-Principal, Jude Shugar will visit the Grade 5 students here at Fernwood s part of a "transition" plan before they go on to the Middle School for Grade 6. After lunch, and an Introduction, students will do an activity with Jude in the gym, a classroom activity with Keiko followed by a "wrap-up". Time has been scheduled in to this afternoon starting at 3:00 pm for parents to come and meet Keiko and Jude. If you are a grade 5 parent, please feel welcome to come to Fernwood at 3:00 pm for this opportunity! |
