Saltspring Middle School would like our assistance getting out information about registration for the French Immersion and MYSEEC programs at SIMS.

If your child is in Grade 5 you should have received an email from our school. Please contact Leah if you did not receive it. It includes:

A letter from Keiko, which includes a "how-to-register" page; 

a SD64 registration form; 

a MYSEEC application form; and 

a French Immersion application form. 

The registration and application forms are also available on the district and SIMS websites (as noted in the how-to-register page).

Note that SIMS is aware that the date on the French Immersion form is wrong but wanted to get it out asap. Concerned parents need only change the year.)

When registering for French Immersion or MYSEEC the SD64 registration AND the form specific to the Program is required. 

If you are NOT registering for either of these programs you do not need to fill out any forms. Your child will be "transferred" over to SIMS from Fernwood.
