This is Fernwood's 11th year as a Jump Rope for Heart participant. We as a community have raised over $8000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation! Congratulations Fernwood! On the afternoon of Tuesday, June 12th, students will spend time outdoors moving through stations to practice all the different ways to jump rope...ask them to tell you all the ways you can enjoy skipping! We then show off our best skills to the school as a final celebration at the end of the hour. Please remember to bring a loonie or twonie for the Heart and Stroke Foundation anytime next week.
