Dear Parents,

At Fernwood in March, we are celebrating the reading that your students have been working so hard on at school.  On Thursdays in March, we are going to Drop Everything and Read!  From 8:30 - 8:45, all people in the building will be reading (including the Principal)!  In addition, we are sending home special home reading log sheets.  If your child reads for 20 minutes for 28 days in March, then please sign the form and return.  Each child who does so, will receive a small prize.  For our youngest readers, picture reading is a great way for them to participate.  For older readers, simply record the number of pages they read during the time.
