We would like to spread the word out to the families of Salt Spring that there are many opportunities for children to participate by submitting their work for display and friendly judging to the Fall Fair. 

Does your child enjoy baking, crafting, raising animals, growing produce or racing zucchini’s?!  They can showcase their skills and talent by entering the Salt Spring Island Fall Fair!  Check out all of the categories in the Fall Fair catalogue, available at http://ssifi.org/, Fox Glove Nursery, the Visitors Centre or inside of the Driftwood Newspaper.  

You can submit for as many categories as you like, but make sure tell us what you are entering by returning your Entry forms by September 7 (found on page 43 of the catalogue).  

You have until Friday, Sept 13 to drop off your actual entries (Sept 11 for photography & needlework), so don’t worry there’s still time to create, bake and grow!
