Dear Fernwood Families,

I wanted to take this moment to wish you all a joyous summer full of; laughter and lake swims, deck chairs and good books, star gazing and sleep in's, whatever brings joy to your hearts and creates rich family memories.

It has been my profound pleasure to spend time with your precious children as well as many of you. Thank you. Fernwood is a special place full of special people. I am so grateful for the year spent here and will treasure it always.

I’m thrilled to share that our beloved Kelda (Logan) is healthy and well, and very excited to return to Fernwood as Principal next school year.  As for myself, I will be taking on new adventures focusing my time and energy in the district role of SD64 Principal of Indigenous Education. I’m hoping that it will allow me the opportunity to come visit this lovely spot that has been my home this year. Hali would love to come see the kids too!
