The RRRR Gift Exchange

posted Nov 5, 2015, 2:14 PM by Leah Ashford

Once again this year we would like to offer all our children the chance to participate in our RRRR Program (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Regift) in December. We think it is important for children to think of others during the holiday season, when they generally get lots of things. This initiative provides students the opportunity to choose something for their immediate family members at no cost at the school with help.

Please start collecting gently used gifts that you are able to donate to our "Store". We suggest that if you have 5 people in your family, you bring in at least 6 gently used items, so that children have some choice. If you have more and are willing to share, we would be very, very grateful! Please make sure the items are clean and in good working order. Please do not bring clothes, though scarves, hats, mitts, aprons are welcome. Please start bringing items into the school when it is convenient for you. We will store them until the week of December 14th (the week before winter break students will be able to “choose and wrap and take home” gifts.
